Hi, my name is Melissa (pic of me in the midst of the "Crib" shots). I am a 27, single, professional,
and chill chick who is the homeowner (up to date with payments) and is seeking supplemental income by renting out the
lower level of my 3 bedroom, two bath in Westminster, CO. Westminster is convienently located 20 minutes between
Boulder and Downtown Denver. My home is close to bus stops, park and rides and US36 yet rests in a suburb setting also
close to open space, bike trails, and Standley Lake. The space is availiable fully furnished or can be easly dismanteled
to house your personal belongings. My main goal is to provide a space including a bedroom, a bathroom,
and a personal living area for whom ever is in need by being incredibly flexable on lease terms, pets, and pricing.
